We help you sell more.

Most people associate a CRM with something that needs to be updated. Something you have to do, not something that actually helps you.

That's not the case with Pipedrive. It's a CRM that makes it easier for you to carry out your sales tasks.

  • You get an overview of which prospects to contact and when to do it.
  • You can call, email and send contracts to your customers directly from Pipedrive.
  • Pipedrive can be customised to fit your exact sales process.

It's easy to get started and you can set it up yourself. But we're happy to help if you'd prefer.

Make your salespeople happy with Pipedrive

Selling should be easy.

Selling is hard enough as it is. There's no reason your CRM should make it harder.

On the contrary your CRM should help you sell more.

When implementing a new CRM, you should consider:

  1. How can I best help my salespeople get their jobs done?
  2. Do I need integrations with other systems from day one?
  3. Who will use the CRM, and for what?

Once you've answered these questions, it becomes much easier to define your exact needs. We're a sales organisation and Pipedrive is a CRM built by salespeople for salespeople. That's why we believe the first question is by far the most important.

In many heavy CRM systems built around management reporting needs, salespeople often end up spending unnecessary time on updates instead of selling. In modern, flexible CRM systems like Pipedrive, salespeople find it easier to carry out their sales activities and close more deals. Simply because that's what Pipedrive is built for.

Reporting to management matters, but it only works in practice when it's a by-product of salespeople actually being helped by their CRM tools.

CRM systems from A to Z

What is CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. At its core, it's about how you nurture and build relationships with your customers and prospects. This is typically done through a CRM system also called a CRM tool, CRM software, or whatever you prefer to call it.

A CRM system typically contains a directory of contacts. In Pipedrive, this is split between organisations and the people within them. Most modern CRM systems, including Pipedrive, also allow you to attach "deals" and "leads" to these organisations and contacts.

Leads are typically the marketing-driven part of the CRM. You nurture leads until they're warm enough for sales to take over and manage them as a deal.

Should a CRM system be cloud-based?

Ideally, yes. Most modern CRM systems are cloud-based, though some are still on-premise meaning they run on a local server.

When a CRM is cloud-based, all your data lives in the cloud. This makes it easier to work with, so salespeople can access and update their CRM on the go.

Pipedrive is both cloud- and web-based, meaning you access it through your browser. Pipedrive has also developed their own app for both iPhone and Android.

What CRM systems are out there?

Although we're Pipedrive partners, we won't pretend there aren't plenty of alternatives to Pipedrive.

Among the more well-known CRM providers are Salesforce and HubSpot. Both have their strengths and can support large, complex setups. If you're going down that route, we'd recommend bringing in consultants to help with implementation.

With Pipedrive, you can handle most of the setup yourself, it's simple to configure and work with. We can help as your Pipedrive partner, but you'll likely be up to speed quickly on your own. If you need to migrate data from a more complex system, it might be worth consulting with us. That said, Pipedrive's smart data mapping on upload means most people can handle it themselves if they're reasonably comfortable with technology.

Can my CRM be integrated with other software?

Most modern CRM systems can integrate directly with specific software and/or through third-party applications like Zapier.

With Pipedrive, you can integrate directly with Google Workspace (including Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar and more), as well as Microsoft 365 and Outlook. If you have active lead generation on your website, that can also be integrated through Zapier. For example, this landing page has a contact form from WPForms and a meeting booking calendar from Calendly both integrated with our Pipedrive account through Zapier.

This means many manual tasks can be handled automatically through a simple integration.
